Pandora Trial Period Round 6 TPC Scottsdale Well, back to my old form. Pity my partner. I do have another stupid question of the day. I went in to calibrate my clubs and started with my driver. When I was finished with the driver, I switched to my 3 wood, but every time I chose my 3 wood the swing calibration reverted back to my driver. Apparently, I'm doing something wrong. What's new. Can someone please tell how to keep the swing calibration on the club I choose. Thanks. Absolutely no clue! Ive done calibration twice. Both times Ive come out and played like I was swinging an axe. |

OK please clarify something for me, should (Course Yardage) be on or off? it does'nt show in your settings but shows on the master and pro-am settings on Doyleys page. thanks. art bruce

Unfortunately calibration only works with full swing driver. I find it quite stupid, since driver, hybrids, irons and wedges have different swing animations and exactly that seems to be the key point at this game. They should have made possible to calibrate them too. Instead, you have to calibrate with driver and then practice with the rest of the clubs until you are happy with the way you hit them with the driver calibration parameters.

I'll get there though. One question though. Why are we not playing with a wind speed marker? It's a complete lottery if playing with high winds, specially on the approach or on a par 3. I dread the day we have an island hole lol. Thanks again for putting this on though ya grumpy bar-steward. |

Make sure you look at the course conditions before you play the round. Just like you have to look at the speed of the green, you'll now have to look at the speed of the wind. It's not perfect, but it helps. |

It's not perfect, but it helps. So, I am quoting myself because I'm totally wrong! There is no option in the course details to see how strong the wind is, I was simply using the spreadsheet. I played a round with the Pandora settings during PGA Tour Career, and it was very hard to judge the wind. |

Can I ask for a 24 hour notice on this now please....any one who hasn't either withdrawn or submitted scores, or joined their platform society please do so now. We being in 48 hours from now. Midnight Sunday night GMT. Any players who have not submitted a score but JOINED a society will be paired with anyone else who has not submitted scores and they will score an average score of every else -5 strokes until they start playing. REMEMBER we are playing in SOCIETY ONLY. Thank you! |
