Published member version of this course. I did finish it after all. Got sudden inspiration from our Tour Championship in USE.. Going to finish a Tour Championship version tomorrow. The difference on these versions is tour objects and crowds in the Tour version - but also only one tee on the Tour version. The 1st and 14th are par 4 on the Tour version, and par 5 on the member version. I use the tee setting that was used on the 2019 Tour Championship for the Tour version - and all pins are 2019 Tour Championship pins.

Tour version is published - East Lake GC (Tour Champ).
A final note on this version. The first pin on the 15th is hard - very hard. The Tour Championship 2019 played the first round from 150 yards, and not 192 yards as the back tees are to this pin (back tees are ca. 210 yards to center green). They later changed to the back tees on that hole. It is however not possible to choose different tees for different pins and rounds in this game - so this pin is going to be hard.

The 17th pin on the members pin set 1 needs looking at either had to play to side of green,or it was a putt of the green. Excellent course,Found the greens very tough to read, enjoyed the Tour version even more i played better as well.

Just played this... awesome job. I could tell you put some time into this, and it’s a fantastic rendition of this course. Well done.

yeltzman: The pin is all green on 187 in the designer, and I had no problem on playtesting (ball stays on the slope). But it looks like it is borderline green on your screenshot - so it would perhaps be better on a fast (163) or even medium (144) setting for that particular pin. (I could ofcourse smooth that pin out, and publish even more, but I see no reason for that right now - it is playable, and you can always slow the green down on that pinset). scoll3: Thanks

Just my view you can't keep it on the green from the left of that pin when putting......you have to play right of the green and chip or putt for a birdie.....Again just my opinion rest of the course awesome.

Just my view you can't keep it on the green from the left of that pin.....you have to play right of the green and chip or putt for a birdie.....Again just my opinion rest of the course awesome. I just tested it again - and there is no problem in holding the green on approach shots from the right on the fairway (also below the pin, on a good drive, you have a gap wedge in). Any approach shots from the left is going to be more difficult. You are however correct that the slope is borderline - so it should have been smoothed out a bit. Annoying that HB doesn't allow us to fix these things on published courses (I normaly publish a beta to have these things looked at these days and it would have been picked up on a beta - but since this was the last course I did in this game, and that we are close to the new game, I just skipped the beta), so unless someone clearly wants another publish with smoothing out on that slope for a TGCTours event or something, my advice is to play that pin on a slower green setting or accept that it is a difficult but playable pin. I also tested it now on 163 speed, and the ball stops on a downhill putt - so it is very playable on fast (163).

Sorry changed my post above now...should have said can't keep it on the green from that side when putting....
Good Grammar or English not my strong point....
Just hope its something sorted in the next game why the greens in the designer don't play the same once published at times.
