I think I know the answer before asking but need to ask anyway just in case.....
I'm doing a lidar design of a coastal course but on a few of the most important holes in RL, there is nothing but ocean in front. When I import my lidar file to the game and put in a backdrop with partial ocean views, the ocean is on the wrong part of the map and the land is in front where I need my ocean views. Is there any way to rotate the lidar when importing it? I'm guessing not but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I know I can't rotate the theme backdrop (annoyingly) and I know I could just make the plot an island but that's not accurate either.
Any advice from the lidar gurus would be great please.

It's easy to move your course around, it just takes a bit of trial and error ( considering the plot is 2000 metres x 2000 metres), to get the course lined up exactly where you want it on the plot.
Here's my base course:
I wanted to rotate the course clockwise...that's why I've used - 50 (minus) degrees, and to move it 670 metres towards the coast in the East, and 155 metres to the North (to get the course back to the centre of the plot)...to move West and / or South would require minus figures.
Here's my rotated and moved course, I'll go back to step 1 a few times, so I always jot down my adjustments as I go...the memory isn't what it used to be haha.

Yeah mate there’s a few options, on the Course Tools page you’ll see the options to rotate the course, just play around with the values you put in until the plot aligns with what you are after, you can also shift the entire course on the plot so you can get it closer or further from the coast too with the West/East and South/North boxes, if you happen to move things too much you can adjust them back by using a negative value, just make sure you select to shift the Features as this will shift both the LiDAR and OSM together. I had to do both of these to get the plot for Samurai Links just how I wanted.
Hope this makes sense and you get the result you’re chasing.

Haha what champ39 said too. Both replied at same time LOL, I use the "move course" feature, it seems to move everything above and below the ground together:
Then again, you're a top designer and I'm...well, not.

You guys are the best. I didn't think it would be possible so that's brilliant. Luckily I'm not far into it at all so I'll scrap it and start again to do it properly I think. Thanks so much for taking the time to run me through it.

Just wanted to jump in to say thanks again. It worked perfectly and I was even able to lower the whole plot down so it was at the ocean levels I needed. This software was so well made. Cheers guys.
