Mulligan Estates is my official entry into the 2020 Challenge Circuit Design Challenge and is my 6th official publish. This parcel of land was once a National Park but was sold off to private developers and was destined to be completely wiped and filled with housing. The developers went bankrupt after starting on half of the land parcel, so the Mulligan team swooped in and grabbed the entire parcel of land. The team decided to put 2 courses on the plot – the portion of land that had some completed models and some abandoned builds, “Site B”, became Mulligan Estates. The Mulligan team didn’t waste any time removing the remnants of the housing development, but just built a course around the standing obstacles. Mulligan Estates features 4 pin sets and 3 tee positions ranging between 6556 and 7188 yards. The course was designed with the Challenge Circuit in mind but should provide enjoyment for all skills – hope you enjoy your rounds. As for the other half of the plot, portions of the completed “Site A” plot – Mulligan National (published for the MCD 20 competition) can be seen from hole 5 as the tee box shares a fence line. For the Judges, Schedulers, and Reviewers: Feel free to play from any tee position. Enjoy your round while you review for contest advancement and tour worthiness!

Good clean design sir! My favorite holes were 1, 8, and 10. I really liked the houses under construction. Although, I bet their insurance premiums are going to be through the roof because of all the window replacements! I liked the accent rock formations, and the walking paths that lead to the paved ones. There were also a few trees near fairways that forced me to use shot shaping, and that was a really fun addition to the round overall. All in all, well done sir!

Nice design here, Jeff. Smooth as usual, plays great and is a creative atmosphere. Spent way too long checking out your unfinished building on 8. Really liked how I had to shape some shots. Also liked how if you weren't paying attention, you could really set yourself up for a tough approach. Good work as usual and good luck in the comp.

I played this today and thought it was cool. The unfinished homes were really unique and caught my eye. I found all the par 3's to be tough challenges...I think I birdied 1 of them. The greens were tough on approaches which I liked. Not sure how to say it, but this course felt very believable....in other words it felt like some courses I have played in person, so I think you did well. Job well done. My playthrough is attached, yet with no commentary. Thanks for putting this one out there for us. Good luck with your next course.

Jeff, I just played your latest edition to the Mulligan Franchise. I really liked the smaller greens and narrower fairways. I thought the course played great!
