Welcome to Tatanka Bay. This is a par 72 course that measures 7,204 yards from the tips. It has three sets of tees and should be a good challenge for all players. I would have liked to do a little more here but I actually almost completed it and then with everything happening in the world, I just have not even touched the game. So just wanted to make sure I had something submitted. Don’t know how many other courses I will be able to play but I would love some feedback on this! Hope everyone is staying safe out there and good luck to everyone!

Just finished my round on this course. I really enjoyed the idea behind every hole. By your own admission, you released the course in an "almost complete" state. I understand there are very difficult situations everybody is going through in these volatile times, but don't let that be the end of where this course could have gone. It may be "too late" to complete it for the contest, but don't give up on this course. It has "good bones". If you slowly work on it here and there as you get time, and give yourself some more time to finish it up, it will be a very solid course. I wish the best for you in whatever hardships you are facing that lead to you come to such an abrupt conclusion on a design you obviously put some time into. Stay safe!

Appreciate the feedback and glad you enjoyed what is there! Appreciate the well wishes too. I really just hoped to put out something out there that plays well and that a CC scheduler can add to the rotation and not worry about too many complaints. In terms of what it's lacking, is it mainly the aesthetics side of things? Because I will also admit, I struggle there...

I gave this a play today.
I’m trying to play all the CC comp entries and have done so far. Long way to go but really worth the time it’s taken as we have such a great design community and there are some top notch entries in this competition.
I really enjoyed my round. Good luck in the competition. 👍

This course is extremely well done. All the hazards are perfectly placed, shot planning and excecution are well rewarded and difficulty seems fair and balanced. The only times I found myself in trouble was when I tried stupid things against my better judgment. The minimal planting makes the course really easy to read which I think a lot of purest type golfers will love. I could see this doing really well with true sim players and a lot of casual societies. This course is really fun and had plenty of memorable moments as well. My favourite was almost draining a 3 iron for birdie after driving into the water on one of the holes, I think it was 14. Ended with a chip in birdie as well.

On another note, I’m trying to catch up on some missed courses, and I know I have one of yours in my lineup! I lost track of all the people in the contest but if you’re there good luck!

Really nicely done. Clean, smooth course. Well routed around the water. Like how it came into play at different times and wasn't really used as a crutch or just during a certain stretch.
Perfect ccam course with some subtle breaks on the green to still keep it interesting. And yes there are bunkers everywhere I wanted to hit. Nice job!
I can imagine this course was right on the bubble and didn't need much to make the next round.
Keep em coming!

Figured I’d post here, but I ported this to 2k. Played around with the new designer and made a few adjustments after watching b101 review. Nothing crazy as I didn’t want to spend too much time on something I was just porting over but definitely an improvement.
