xbox 1 controller

Hi Guys
Ive just spent £50 on an xbox 1 controller to use with a pc. As appears normal these days it comes with no instructions and I cant get the darned thing to swing the golf club.
Any help or advice where I can get instructions would be much appreciated.

Someone who plays on PC more often than I do may be able to chime in, but the first step should be taking the charging cable that came with the XB1 controller and plugging that into your PC. Go into steam, go to big picture mode and then controller settings and you should find your way from there. I’ve only played with the controller plugged in the PC, so I can’t help with going wireless.
