The Sanctuary Golf Club Sanibel, FL, USA Lidar Source: viewer.nationalmap.gov/basic/?basemap=b2&category=nedsrc&q=&zoom=14&bbox=-82.19601631,26.45858653,-82.12451935,26.50183960&preview=&avail=&refpoly= I tried to create this Golf Club but got the wrong EPSG since the OSM data does not line up with the Lidar data from National Map. Would really appreciate it if anyone can help me with this problem. I have never run into this problem and have no idea on what steps I need to take. Thank you already. |

I am certainly not the expert here, but I did take a look at the .laz files for the area and at the metadata. One strange (to me at least) is that the "false Easting" and "false Northing" values are both 0.00000, which I haven't seen before. Only one, "SR-ORG:8915: Albers Conic Equal Area for Florida and Georgia" had the easting and northing values of zero, and 8915 did not work in the tool. Hope somebody else has more luck. |
