So it appears that this is a thing that folks would like to see happen. That's fine. As I said initially I can't just do a ton of them or work on a super tight schedule or anything but I'm willing to do the best I can. I'm gonna lock the poll. Wasn't sure anyone would give two hoots honestly but I'm happy to do what I can and at least try to make it somewhat fun and helpful.
I'm not 100% sure where to start this but I think I'd like to start off with something can actually get my hand on.
I do have a project that is a group effort and could certainly take a look at that but I think the spirit of this is more for the guys that want a hand with more than JUST finishing detail stuff.
With that in mind, if you have a project you've finished, published, started, hate, love...whatever... but it's one you think would be a good place to start AND you're on PC so you can share the file with me please shoot me a PM and we can see about finding a good jumping off point. Once I do one or two vids where I can actually move the land around I'm happy to take a look at projects that are on PS4 or Xbox and simply go through them as I play and let folks make notes or suggestions.
With that...have it boys. I can't do EVERYTHING for EVERYONE so just know nobody is going to be ignored. However, I have been sent things before to take a look at and have simply sent them back saying "watch andre's 101 and give this another go". I don't want this to be just "Hi I'm new! This is my autogen! Help!". heh. Just know that not every request can be done or should be.

I'm disappointed at how reasonable this is. Expected to pay at least $373 for it.

ok gents. Who is ready to be the first? I've had a couple folks reach out but they are kind of a little more experienced that I'd like to get started. Anyone have a project they are working on that we can get into? I would LIKE the first one or two to be on PC so I can actually mess with the ground. Anyone wanna volunteer something?

I'll offer up my nine hole course! I'd love for someone to take a look and tell me how to fix the obvious flaws... Butler Pines v1 Give it a look and if you like I will send you the course file.
Thanks!

Thanks! JB Ok, I started up a round and played the first hole. This one falls into one of the categories that is not really what this series is all about. This is a course where I'd point you to some of the 101 tutorial videos on youtube by Crazycanck1985 or the other guys that have made basic tutorials. A lot of what's going on here is simply because you're not used to the tools I think. That's ok, just not really what I'm looking to tackle here. Honestly I'd look at the first hole...maybe trace the outside of it and then I'd delete it all and start over trying to just capture your idea. This is more about refining and taking things up a notch. You know what I mean? Keep designing though! I'm not saying "oh this is to bad" or anything, you just need to learn the designer itself a bit more before I'm going to be a lot of help. Thanks man!

First off thanks for looking at the course. I pretty much had the feeling you were going to say that lol. No worries tho cus you are bang on. At least it seems i'm on the right path anyway. Thanks for taking the time and I'll be back once I've got more design time in the bank.

I'm a PS4 designer so I don't fit your immediate criteria, but I fall in the realm of being able to make "approved" courses with consistency but haven't made that jump towards "tour worthy". Sentinel Springs is my latest course and it got some decent plays but I'd still really love some advice on what to focus on on in getting to the next step....So I think I may fall into your target skill-level, but like I said no PC...so if you ever move to the PS4 side I'd appreciate a run at it.
