Front 9 TEST: TSCF9 Please give me feedback, too hard, too easy, just right, Awful. Please let me have it.
Was planning on creating a course anyway, the design contest was just an extra incentive. Do I plan on even getting a sniff of consideration, not at all. That being said, This course is on pace to be brutal. Finished the Front 9, clocking in at 3,658 yards with no more than 20 ft of elevation per hole. Water in play in places, tight fairways, bunkers/ waste areas in play. Real challenge is the length and greens. Good amount of break and multi tiered. Green Speed: Max, Firmness: Medium. Approach shots will stop. Could be left with long putts, Supposed to yield more US Open type scores, obviously dont expect even par-ish when top players get their hands on it, but I think it can hold its own. Dont expect to go -9. Shot shaping will get you better positions off the tee. Went for the rugged look that seems to be taking hold in real life.
Please give it a try and let me know what you think. Any pictures that anyone could add would be much appreciated.
