welp, i stand no chance at all in winning, didnt expect to either, i do not do well on these little brook manor type courses vs the field, i need harder courses to separate.
-58 for me, each mistake cost a birdie, and as expected, i made my fair share. courses like this are more frustrating than relaxing, because par is really a birdie, and if you dont get your birdie, you got a bogey vs the field.

Was throwing some darts out there in round one (alright you got me, a few lucky drunken shots never killed anyone) with a -18 54..don't expect this to happen consistently through the next three rounds guys haha

61-62-60-59 (-46)...I find these easy courses require a TON of concentration..as taste said..pars are bogeys in this tournament. Zero bogeys and only one missed green in regulation the entire tournament. Only one eagle though! Not even sure 61-62 will make the cut!

After starting the tournament par par I did a "Rory club toss" with my putter. I was so angry that I had the adrenaline to toss it all the way into the 8th hole lake at Doral in South Florida. Donald Trump - do not send anyone to scuba dive into the lake and return it to me. Still had to eagle the 18th just to get into the 50s. Pathetic I know. Round 2 was better highlighted by a 55 first ever albatross in the game on the last. Had 216 hole, about 204 front, 2mph headwind 7 o'clock. Flushed a 3 iron at standard loft. I kept saying, "no, no, no" then yes! Rounds 3 and 4 were nothing spectacular just a pair of 56's. Missed a couple putts inside 15 feet and had a 94% approach that cost me a birdie chance. Overall -62, but my pathetic 59 cost me a shot at the win. Hopefully a top 10 at least. Let's just say last week's DQ was a mental error and frustration heat of the moment thing and I accept it and moved on.

I almost bogeyed the first hole by mis hitting my drive into the thick stuff. Hacked a 5 iron 80 yards, hit a mediocre pitch to 15 feet, then did a 90 degree lip into the right side of the cup. Quick tip - be sure to push for the left half of the fairway on #6. Otherwise, you will have to play a hard cut around a tree with a lofted 3 wood. Certainly no picnic with a narrow shot cone.

57, 56, 55, 58 (-62) for me. Really blew it in the final round. I parred the par 5 6th for the first time ever when I hit my only out of cone shot off the week. Made some eagles this tourney but 3 lip outs and two close eagle putts missed cost me dearly in the final round.

One was fortunate on a wide fairway. You have to basically treat the four par 5s as "Pinehurst length" par 4s. I hit them in regulation in two most times. Sometimes 3 wood only got me to the front edge.

60 -12 57 -15 57 -15 54 -18
-60 Total
Tied an all time record with that -18. Could've done better in round 1, but I can't complain shooting an all time tournament scoring record.
dlw1964 - Great 3 rounds! Looks like we have a winner if you continue to shoot this low in your final round.
