Does wind have an impact on putts?! Don't think so. I was talking more in proximity to hole. Higher winds means your further from the hole and these greens are harder than the Pellaway's imo.

I just got a call from a "Hunter Meadows", said he's sick and needs another course to stand in for him.

Crossing over from the Euro this week and just had this for a practice round! Career low for me .... Doyley and Tim must be playing with one hand at the moment... No aids? Same here as with Isla Madeleine on the Euro tour. Both great courses that would be treats to play as an amateur irl. But for tours it's like hosting a major at a pitch and putt... From a tour golf perspective playing these courses is only slightly more realistic than four rounds at one of those 1000yds drive courses. I think that they could have been OK tour stops if they were stretched, firmed up and pins put In tour style locations, and I hope this is something we are moving towards in future. Tricking up the courses would be one way to put it. Score compression just turns it into a coin toss between 20guys at the top - not so much about who has the best form and preparation for the week as who suffers the least from an untimely 94% or squirt in the wrong direction that leads to a par.
