I don't know if this will affect many of the people on here currently, but I just read this over on the PGA Tour 2K21 website features page and hadn't seen it before...bad news for all of the aspiring course designers that have a Nintendo Switch: "BUILD YOUR MYPLAYER & DREAM COURSE Create and personalize your MyPLAYER with equipment and apparel from brands you love. Design your ultimate course with 1,000s of custom options.* *Course Designer is not available on the Nintendo Switch."I can't see how anyone could properly design a course on a console. You can't get the level of detail and touch/accuracy that you can get with a mouse and keyboard designing on PC. We are just about 6 weeks away from release. So I expect the info release/push will be starting up quite soon. I’ve tried designing with a mouse on PC and I find it just as difficult putting something down accurately I use an Xbox controller. The other thing is I don’t know all the keyboard shortcuts on PC to make the best use of designing with the mouse. Edit are there any videos of people designing with a mouse

I really don't care who are the commentary, i wish we can see more game play. They're not showing any gameplay as its the same crap as tgc2019 but in a different tin.

I think, maybe even more interesting that the Switch version won't have the course designer, is that they are still charging the full $60 for it...

I'm guessing the loft box is going to be identical to what we have now with the only difference being using 2 sticks to adjust it instead of one? Looks like the angle of the club face is right stick and fade/draw is left. Maybe thats why they aren't putting any in depth gameplay videos out until nearer release or pre orders are on the PS store? Could just be a case of Meet the new loft box, same as the old loft box. Damn, now I have to figure out how to glue some kind of sticks on my vertical mouse. But I think your last sentence is going to be the reality. Whatever you use right now I'm guessing to pull up the loft box?

I think Shaun West's reply to the question, from the Reddit Q & A, about whether cross-play would be offered answers this question: "There will not be any crossplay, but courses designed by our community can be shared across all platforms. Users will be able to import their courses from The Golf Club 2019 and edit them with the new tools and assets available before publishing them in PGA TOUR 2K21."

Once the PS5 comes out ALL games will cost $69. The average price for a game on PS3 was $49. When PS4 came out it was $59. Now PS5 is happening. Don’t blame The game

Edit are there any videos of people designing with a mouse Les, I don't have any videos showing how I do it, but I do virtually all of my designs with a keyboard and mouse.

Once the PS5 comes out ALL games will cost $69. The average price for a game on PS3 was $49. When PS4 came out it was $59. Now PS5 is happening. Don’t blame The game Wonder if it will be PS5 compatible or have to pay the extra to upgrade? I saw this quote on a site: Sony has told PlayStation 4 game developers that any new titles submitted for certification must also be compatible with PlayStation 5, beginning 13th July. This means all PS4 games received by Sony for testing after the middle of that month are technically forwards compatible - playable on Sony's next-gen console - though it is up to each game's developer to ensure this is the case. Developer documentation - released on PlayStation's internal Partner website and seen by Eurogamer - details an option developers must check to state their game has been tested for compatibility with PS5 hardware. This option was added at the end of April in a new version of Sony's PS4 software developer kit. Sony has told developers it will contact them individually with details on how to test PS5 compatibility, in the order of their various projects' release. Further documentation sheds light on what "compatibility" means. A game will be deemed compatible with PlayStation 5 only if its submission code runs without issues on Sony's next-gen machine, and provides the same features on PS5 as it does on PS4. So, for example, a developer couldn't flag their game as PS5 compatible but not provide support for a certain mode on next-gen hardware. There's also this comment: During the PS5 system specs deep dive in March 2020, Mike Cerny revealed that nearly all of the top 100 PS4 games (ranked by playtime) would be playable on the PS5 at launch. Sounds as though not all games are going to be backwards compatible right off the bat then, wonder if it's been submitted yet or not as July 13 is only a week away? Maybe thats why its not on PS store yet? I also saw NBA2K21 wont be compatible if you buy the base game, but you will get the upgrade if you spend $100 on the Mamba Forever version.
