Played 6 so far, designers so far Arnold, Jack, Gary and Larry Nelson Designs. They would all be rejected here.
Jack and his guarded multi tiered greens, I swear I seen lots of red there. 1 hole had a top tier of no more than 4 feet with 2 feet of slope. rated a 2.
Gary and his never ending doglegs and over use of wild life caused the course to lag bad. Rated a 3.0
Arnold over used the heavy rough and it was to close to the fairway. Rated a 2.75
Larry placing of Bunker walls causing the tee shot to be blind with no bail out, rated a 2.5.
These guys could use some lessons from canuck.
Only have 5 more days to play this junk, I'll be glad when its over.
Look at the crap I have to play Tomorrow. The fairway just runs right into that bunker. Ron Garl obviously just autogened this place.

Sorry you have to put up with these brutal courses.. ...maybe I'll get a chance to "critique" them one day.

You guys need to get out to AZ and play some desert courses. Hitting off dirt and rock is a different experience vs. your lush grass and trees.

Trip done 14 rounds is a good warm up for the season opening here in a few weeks. Was fun to play without a 9 iron, had my clubs re-gripped just before I left and never noticed they snapped the shaft inside the grip. My pal I played with plays senior tees and since I'm only a couple of years away from those tees, and felt it was the right thing to do, I joined him and needed that 9 iron a ton. Spent the week trying to figure out if it was better to step on the wedge or lay-off the 8 iron. Jury is still out, good thing I kept my r11's and they are gladly going back in play for this season. 2 weeks till I have to play this junk over and over, www.pristinebayresort.com/golf/the-course/By the time I get back I fully expect the season here to be started.
