Usually that means that Chad's tool couldn't find an EPSG number in the file. Go through the Lidar Forums and look at posts where others have had and solved the problem, such as the many posts in this forum Lidar Help. The website Spatial reference is a go-to place to find the correct EPSG. Good Luck!
