The Masters Tournament Qualifying is a normal week on the Challenge Circuit - every Challenge Circuit member gets to play just like normal. The only difference is we'll be taking the top 2 scores from CC-Pro and CC-Am (that use Master Clubs) and inviting them to the official Masters Tournament hosted on the PGA Tour the following week. They'll be in the field as amateurs.
So 4 master club users in total will get invite. Tiebreaker will be countback from H18 in R4. Enjoy Augusta (aka Firethorn National)!

Any demotion marks this week? Cuz there shouldn't be if these guys are not able to handle the course.

If people really want to sit out on a chance to play Augusta in an official capacity to avoid demotion marks - they are more than welcome to skip the week.

why not just let everyone play the Masters in their respective "society"?

Because the idea of this site is to simulate the real PGA tour and lower level tours such as the euro and Korn ferry.
The Masters is the best of the PGA with a handful of top amateurs.
That's how this site runs it also

No chance I make the masters, but this is the first time I’ve fired 4 rounds par or better at Augusta. Place is hard....as it should be

That's how this site runs it also OK. Then turn off the aids (or at least some of them) if the idea is to "simulate" IRL PRO tours.

There is a true sim tour with no aids
I'm pretty sure the PGA tour doesn't have a wind metre
You can't turn off all the aides coming in to PGA tour. The skill level of people coming from the other tours will drop significantly.
If you don't like the way they run it feel free to go make your own.
The work out into this for zero reward is amazing

How is the Rest of the Field looking? Like in RL Golf? Former Winners, Top Players of the Season or Worldrankings?

For the masters, only the top 100 (PGA), right?
