My first parkland(ish) course. No frills, no Olympic stadium, no Olympic village, nothing. Just a course and a little waterfall by the clubhouse. Feel free to count off for my parking lot not being big enough, a yellow slope that pops up in the 9-box on publish, or God forbid a grandstand that doesn't have a path to it. IDGAF. Oh and the bunker transitions, most of them have multiple surfaces surrounding them. That’s intentional too, I don’t care about that rule either. If you are scheduling this for a tour other than the major, or just playing it for fun, PLEASE do not change the weather or the lighting. Anything else is negotiable. Grats KEG on the contest defense. Conditions - Everything is default except: R1 - high wind, NE direction R2 - high wind, N direction R3 - greens fast, very high wind, NW direction R4 - high wind, SW direction

Biiiiiig fan. +5 and particularly enjoyed hopping from bunker to bunker twice on the fourth. Tree sizes were on point, too. jwtexan needs to take a moment to himself on the third.

I like it. Not a dick punch but subtly hard. The fringe texture works quit nicely. Good first drop for the contest.

Lovely track overall and puts me in mind kinda of Robs latest in the feel
Couple of thoughts : too many samey aspects on some holes meaning you hit your tee shot to a cross bunker Or cross bunker conplex or a narrow chute ..bunch of those littered throughout that I thought didn’t I just play that hole?
Tee shot to cross bunker to green surrounded by bunkers a bunch of times got a little stale Really enjoyed the par threes
The non- playable areas got zero love here it’s like you tree lined just the perimeter of the course and said the heck With anything else ... now I did really like the planting within the confines of the course
Greensites I really enjoyed and enjoyed the sneaky fringe trick around the greens they caught me a couple times
Overall nice and lovely course best of luck in the contest

I was like man if Terry flies around here he's gonna hate this. Thanks for the play though!

Seeing a lot of winged foot in this one Admittedly, I'm not familiar at all with Winged Foot and have never been much of a Tillinghast fan either. For some reason I always associated him with a flatter bunker style, and I guess what I mainly know him for is Bethpage Black which I'm also not a fan of. But looking at pics of the course I can definitely see the Winged Foot vibes, and I guess I should go brush up on my Tillinghast now. Originally, I was going more for Sandbelt greens, bunkering, and strategic value here but I knew I wanted to set it in a more parkland setting.
