I probably won’t be putting any pics on for a little while but thought I’d start the thread. This is inspired by links golf from 100 years ago or so, where everything was a bit more wild. This has course is by far the quirkiest I’ve designed and won’t take itself too seriously. This course will be something different, for better or worse.

My major course is a normal course but, to be honest, I'm more excited about this one, even though it will be too out there for a lot of people.

Loved Greystone, can't wait to see what you have cooking here.

Don't forget the soggy dollar... another just bland straight forward course with no thought required... lol I have no doubt that this will be soooooo good.

Wood Duck Dunes will be firm, fast, and different. I have a feeling some will enjoy it, others will be out after the first flyover. All holes are laid down and sculpted, but only the first few holes are planted at the moment. Still lots to do here, but getting a sense of what the finished product will look like. 1st Tee: 2 'Green': 5 Fairway:

The turf is so tight and true at Wood Duck Dunes that the whole course is shaven at the same length (miracle right?). This has allowed the staff at Wood Duck Dunes to place pins up to 200 yards from each other to completely vary how each hole plays. For example, the 2nd plays between 440 yards and 320 yards depending on the pin position. This is a different idea that I'm sure some will love and others will hate. If you hate it, at least appreciate that your GIR stats should get a little boost. Here's a look at the start of the back 9. 10 Tee: 10 Fairway: 11: 12: 13:

Let me know when you finish this one, giving it and bronsons course a go when they’re finished. Nice work
