I'm on the PGA tour and according to what I've read I can just switch and play a European event If I want to for say next week and then switch back to the PGA tour the following week ?

Yes. The limitation for cross-over-events was suspended a few days ago.
Gonna do the same next week, as I don't like the European Tour Course. Let's see what the adventure "PGA Tour" is going to bring for me...

Lunenberg looked great compared to Pellaway Hills, at least until I played them both last night. Thats when I found Lunenberg to be first very slow to load, and also my swing turned into a virtual slideshow on my PS4. It wasn't unplayable, but it sure did screw up my timing.
I then played Pellaway Hills and was very pleasantly surprised. Its a great course to play and plays very smoothly on the PS4.
So although the switchover looked promising, for now I'm going to stick with the PGA Tour.
