-31 with pro clubs in CC-E
First promo event I've entered, and despite a terrible -4 round to start off I'm hoping my score is enough to move me up into the CC-Pro ranks!
Does anybody know roughly when results/promos will be notified? Obviously I'm guessing it will be this weekend (earliest)

also as a side question...
how will the promo event results impact, say, a top ten finish in the normal CC-Am tourney this weekend? In that scenario would the automatic promotion have any influence on the outcome of a potential promotion from the promo event? Or would one supersede the other?
Gotta be optimistic !

Is it therefore safe to assume the results of this weekends normal tour event will be known before the results of promo event #3? Alternatively, assume the promo event results were known before this weekends normal tour results, and my CC-E score (-31) gave me promotion to the CC-Pro divisions, then my 4 x rounds this coming weekend would be meaningless, due to the different courses used on CC-Am/CC-Pro. If that makes sense?

Obviously I'm guessing it will be this weekend (earliest) Past events processed late Sunday/Early Monday as the normal tours have to all get resolved first, then the promo results are compiled and processed. If you're normally playing your tour rounds on Sunday when it goes live, then I would suggest playing current tour just in case you're not moved up. IF you end up moving up and end up having to play in a different society based on your new tour card - you can then play those rounds as well. FYI, for those that don't know this, you can play in any of the TGCTours societies for practice if you like - your scores will only be pulled from the society for which you hold a card for..

I finalize the current week first (so everyone's actual tour card for promo event is taken after this week is finalized) then move on to Promo event - so there's usually an hour or two gap between those results.

Early look at round 2 scores in and some final score projections.
NOTE: I still don't know the clubsets used, so there will likely be a slight difference once that is published, but here's what I see at this point with round 2 scores posting..
( This is all just my speculation )
Total promotions: 125
Tour / Current Cut - R2 / Projected Final Cut / Spots available
PGA / -29 / -59 (Master clubs) / 7 EURO / -25 / -51 (Master clubs) / 16 KF / -23 / -47 (Master clubs) / 8 CC-A / -22 / -43 / 6 CC-B / -17 / -31 / 33 CC-C / -15 / -29 / 23 CC-D / -13 / -26 / 21 CC-E / N/A / N/A / (No spots available) CC-F / N/A / N/A / (No spots available) CC-G / 1 / -2 / 11

Thanks for that Jeff. I normally play my 4 normal tour rounds on the last day (Saturday), so I'll do that as normal this weekend incase the promo event doesn't bump me up.

So it looks like sitting a -20 in ccg is going to get me no promotion due to no spots being available in ccf or CCE
What a bummer

Started slow with Masters but improved each round for a -39 (if only there a 5th round! loL):
Rd 1: -7 Rd 2: -9 Rd 3: -11 Rd 4: -12
Not quite enough to move me out of Challenge Town I expect but a fun course with lots of options!

I shot -13 in g tourney. Not going to be good enough for fast tracking I don't think
Hoping to get 1 promo mark

i'm a pro player, but moved up through the leagues CC-F to CC-A been thinking of switching to master clubs, lots of practice but struggling with slow/fast /very fast if I try this PROMO event with master clubs as an experiment is there any repercussions if I end up having 4 bad rounds ?
