I finished up q school last week and will be put into cc g
Consistency is my biggest issue. I can go from shooting between -6 and+12 on the same course over the 4 rounds

Just posted my first score for CC-G
-13 after 4 rounds. Pretty good for me, although i missed quite a few puts my mere centimeters. could have been -20 over 4

So this resulted in a t58 in my first event. No promo mark but also no demo mark.
Would like to get promo mark next tourney. Will need to improve by around 10 I think

After a very dismal -8 last week, i was ready to receive my first demo mark.
I checked the leaderboard on Sunday and saw i was in 125th.
as luck would have it. some players above me must have had a worse round than me, as i finished at T115 and missed out on the demo mark.
this week aint looking promising either, but the conditions are pretty tough so who knows.

Couldn't handle the conditions this week and left myself with +1 +1 -4 E for -2 total
Looks like others had the same issue because I was still top 100
Will be on tonight trying to get my first promo mark

so this week was either a very easy course or i have gotten better, or both.
Finished with -10, -9, -9, -11
each round could have been better. no bogeys on r1 but only 4 birdies (and 3 eagles). probably should have holed 2 or 3 more birdie putts.
total of 6 bogeys in the last 3 rounds.
if i put it all together perfectly i would have been in the area of -45 and close to winning the whole thing.
as it was i got -39 for a t5th place. Brilliant, my first promo mark.
Then i get the email this morning. I have been fast tracked to CC-F.
onward and upward.

Top 20 finish this week which is pretty good for my first cc f event you would think
However I finished only 1 sh%$ behind getting a promo mark and only hit -5 in my first round.
A -6 would've gotten me the promo. -4 would have gotten me another fast track promotion.
The course this week looks like it could be another birdie fest. Aiming for -40 over the 4 rounds

Another week has come and gone on the ccf tour.
I started fantastic hitting -19 on the first 2 rounds. Sitting is great place thinking of I keep this up I might get another fast track. Then I bombed going -7 and -4 in the last 2 rounds for a -30 and I thought another week gone.
Turns out I wasn't the only one that had trouble at then end as I ended up inside top 20 and got a promo mark.
This week's course seems a lityle more difficult so not expecting something in the -30s to win
I've also started messing with masters coins in other societies but am so inconsistent. It will be a while before I make the transition in to masters in tgctours

This week was the complete opposite of last week. On a course that was a little more difficult than the previous one, but still not super hard, i started off with a crappy opening 2 rounds shooting -4 and -2.
If I continued like this I would be staring down the barrel of a demo mark.
I shot much better for the final 2 rounds with -10 and -9 leaving me at -25. Especially considering the higher winds of the final round.
When the 3rd round scores were released I was actually hanging on for a promo mark.
Final day scores filtered in and I ended up 4th only 3 strokes behind the leader. That was good enough for a fast track promotion.
It left me conflicted. On one hand I moved up a division which is always the goal in the challenge circuit. On the other hand if I played better in the first 2 rounds I could have had my first win.
Onward and Upward to CC-E

So i havent posted here for a while but the long and the short of it is that I am now in CC-C thanks to the promo event.

Well it was was a short lived stint in CCC I'm pretty sure I'll be back in d next week.
Aug... Firethorn and Oak Hill were not kind to me.
All good tho. Start fresh in d and work my way back.
