Clubset violation

Hey guys... got a small issue here.  Not sure if its my error or something else.  I started in the BCT, and last week I played my Q School rounds and received an email (Monday 1/13) that I was placed in CC-E.  So I played my first two rounds Monday evening and Tuesday morning I have an email stating that I've been DQ'ed because of clubset violation on the Beginner tour. I also do not see my scores on the CC-E leaderboard. I'm assuming that there was some kind of mix up on the back end of things.  I was playing master clubs but I thought i was playing on the CC-E tour.  I'm confused... my buddy has the same scenario going on too.  Any help or explanation or even just telling me what I may have done wrong would be great.

No worries.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday.

Was quickly sorted out with the email to support.

BTW..I got 4 of those clubset emails all at once yesterday at the same time lol
