Does anyone play it? and what are the major differences between 14 and 15? I'm trying to decide if I want to get it...

There aren't many differences. New interface is the big one. And if you're used to the 14 interface, the new one isn't so drastically different that you'd have a hard time adjusting...they've just move things around.
They have introduced Financial Fair Play rules which I think is is a big change. Makes picking your club a bit more challenging.
They also introduces different types of manager styles, though once you pick, you kind of forget about it. They influence your skillset.
Apart from that the game play is similar. Just small enhancements like more in depth press interviews, new player roles, and some training changes.
I like the game, but it's one that I play for a while and then let sit for a while. I'd love the game if there was a way to play in an online league.

I'm the same way, I'll play it for a good amount of time, then go months without touching it. I'm just recently back into it, and I think I know what you mean by the interface, I just got it updated for 14
