Am I correct to assume that this forum, tour and the costs and time associated are all taken on by the few individuals that bare all the burden themselves? Ever thought of a donation box where players from time to time could throw in a $1, $5, $10+ to help ease some of the costs of keeping this thing running?
I used to participate in a similar type group and website called TM Exchange that was a forum and track exchange for the game Trackmania. They have a donation box. Also, since it is also a user created game (tracks instead of courses) you could donate a few bucks and have your track featured at the top of the track listing page as a "supporter".
