Fatal error in GC

Hi people,

I have been playing the game for about a month now. Last few days been getting this message when trying to load into game. 
" GetThreadContext failed. Sometimes I will be able to start the game and play a few holes when the screen freezes and I get this message.
I also did validating of game files in Steam and it seems to work after that. But once I leave the game and come back later to play same issue.

The reason for my post is to find out if anyone else has had this issue, and if so how to resolve it.

I'd check if you are using FaceIt software and uninstall it. It is know to have issues with the game and throws that GetThreadContext error. It appears to worked from those who got same error and posted in steam forums.

Hi thanks for the feedback, problem was that my anti-virus program did that. Once I uninstalled it for 4 days I played without one Fatal error.
Reinstalled the free antivirus program and had the error again.
Then just added the game to the allow list on the AV program and its never given me that message again, Game runs smooth.

I hope someone gets this and it can help them as well.
