Since there is no sand bunkers on this course, I played around with some rock bunkers. There were 3 or 4 of these scattered around the course. They were absolute no-go zones, where you would often struggle to get more than a lob wedge on it. These made for some interesting decisions off the tee, but ultimately they got the axe and were replaced with less penal hazard, like the dried up pond here. ...Trying to stay away from too many '14th green at the Lone Maples', anyone? Deliver me an updated picture of this WIP, fine sir. A picture or 5... The course is pretty much done. Just a lot of play testing, then I'll make sure the reverse routing is playing ok.     Can I claim first TGC funeral? Grave depth exactly 6ft in case there was any doubt.  |
