I finally got it tonight but it freezes at the terms of service screen, the mouse just doesn't work, any ideas ?

Not sure if this is the case of your game, but mine was doing that the other night, I had to install latest graphics drivers
and once complete back to normal

Does your computer have the hardware to run the game?

Your hardware should have no problem running this game, do you have any controller, steering wheel or flight stick connected? in that case unplug all of those before you start the game and see if it freezes. (you can reconnect them later after the terms are done)
Also like Terry said, make sure you have the latest Geforce driver installed. (choose custom installation and check clean install)

I do have a Thomas TSW wheel connected, maybe thats what is causing the issue. That would be different playing golf with a steering wheel !
