Cannot get the OSM data imported through Chads Tool

In the tool itself all looks good, but it just craps out at random percentages and I get the errors

Check and see that the Open Street Map website is running, that might be the problem. Maybe try again tomorrow.

Does the conspiracy theory consider Chad now working for HB Studios in the development of real life courses for the 3rd Party Golf Simulator Courses. After all he is freelance and can do what is best for him.

Yes, but I believe he shot down that theory in another post.

A similar thing happened to me. It was either the size of the course, the number of trees and the elevation changes. I had to play around with the choices in the tool as to what I had it bring in. I think I finally got it to work but cant remember what I chose. If you look for the chat about Virginia National it's in there. Other issues too, but that one also got fixed.
