I’m on PC. Type of shot doesn’t matter.
Sometimes, out of nowhere, when initiating a swing (stock wireless Xbox controller) the motion stops quickly and won’t complete a full swing.
Any ideas what causes this?
Thanks.

If that doesn't help it might be a faulty controller (worn out), if you're not using it connected with a cable you could try that as well, wireless can sometimes create a little input lag.

It happens also to me. The avatar don't moves at all or, sometimes, it seems it don't moves, then suddenly i see just the club at the apex of the backswing. I don't know why it happens, but I'm pretty sure is some kind of lag. Sometimes is needed to try 3-4 times, to see the avatar actually move. Is not a big issue, but is needed to stay focused and to check always what the avatar does. Is a bit annoying, but it could be worst.
I also think that is the same kind of thing that happens when your downswing results as incredibly slow or fast. I changed my cable for the controller, but it changes nothing. I don't know if this is related with the connection or with the controller, but I suppose is the connection.
