Got a round in on your course Mike. Overall I enjoyed the round. You had nice consistent look and feel to the course and the holes flowed nicely. Sightlines were good as well. Some takeaways for you.. Fairway to green transitions on the holes that weren't surrounded by fairway were a little abrupt. This is one area I didn't even consider when I made my first course, mainly because I just didn't know how. The other area are the bunkers. Although you had some nicely shaped ones, I felt they were a bit flat, and some of the oval ones felt out of place. A little shaping inside goes a long way, particularly around the greens. Just my feedback.. I'm no way the expert, these are just some of the areas I had been given feedback on my own designs.. There are some nice tutorials floating around that are must watches. Specifically by Crazycanuck1985 or VctryLnSprts - if you haven't done so already. Good luck in the contest, regardless of results, hope to see more from you in the future..

Can you explain what you meant in the above part? Did you mean too much space between the end of the fairway and beginning of the green on a few holes?

Can you explain what you meant in the above part? Did you mean too much space between the end of the fairway and beginning of the green on a few holes? What I mean by this is you want the surface of the fairway to blend smoothly into the surface oof the green. Hope this helps..

Hey jive turkey, congrats on the publish. Saw gdog play this last night and it looked good. And to be fair the transition in the bottom pic isn’t too far off tbh.
