5 years ago, I met my wonderful wife for the 1st time at the Applebee's on the ASU campus. We were both juniors at the time and what an amazing night it was. You might be thinking this is a sappy story but it is a story filled with irony and some moments that will make you think this was divine intervention. 1st off, it was a Saturday night and all of my friends had gone to Knott's Berry farm for fear farm that weekend. They had invited me to go but I had already been twice and decided to pass. So therefore I was by myself. I decided to go to Applebee's for dinner. It was about 7:30 at night and they sat me in a booth by the bar. I was honestly so hungry and was so interested in finding the best seat to watch football that I didn't notice this gorgeous girl sitting at the booth directly next to me. After a few minutes, I finally saw her and she immediately locked eyes with me like a hound dog spotting a ribeye steak which was left unattended too. I motioned for her to come sit with me and as she was walking over, the song Your Love by the Outfield began playing. From there the rest was history, we talked so much that night that they had to kick us out at midnight to close and then we even talked for a few hours more outside the building. So fellas what are the odds that 2 twenty year old juniors would be by themselves on a Saturday night on the largest campus in the country? Also what are the odds that two people would have an instant connection like that and to top it off the song your love by the Outfield starting as soon as I invited her over. Thanks for reading and I am sure you probably still think this is sappy but for me it was one of the best things to ever happen to me! Meghan Moroney I love you so much! Thanks for being a fantastic best friend to me and for giving birth and raising two amazing kids. You are a so sweet, sensitive, caring, sacrificial and nurturing when people need your help.

Nah..no sappy at all. Love (after just the health) is the only thing that really matters something in life..and the odds to find your proper right half are always..really, really low (even if I don't believe exactly that there is just ONE possible half...but the odds stays always very low ). Is for this that is so great when it happens. And if, when it happens, also music approves...well..then you know you can't be wrong. Cause music never make mistakes. Lucky man..and lucky woman. And doubly lucky your sons. Good anniversary!
