CC-Z in your link doesn't have the 150 demotions from CC-G. CC-Z is "actually" 445 active players give or take?
Looking at the glut that still remains in CC-Am, are further CC tiers incoming?

I read before the possibility of adding 2 more flights. I would've thought the promo event would have been the best timing to introduce them. Maybe the active numbers will decline over the next few weeks but definitely sucks for those guys as now nearly half the field gets demoted. |

I read before the possibility of adding 2 more flights. I would've thought the promo event would have been the best timing to introduce them. Maybe the active numbers will decline over the next few weeks but definitely sucks for those guys as now nearly half the field gets demoted. I believe further CC-tiers/tours are coming. I only asked as I did because I read similar to you did. But I also understand that Admin has to take one step at a time. At the same time, I know that there was a lot of work to get to this point, but I also am curious if/how new tours will be implemented as many others would be as well.
I was simply asking for an affirmation that the plan is for more CC flights is all. The details (if so), I have confidence in Admin to pull off.

Tour size is just taken from this week's final numbers - doesn't take into account promotions/demotions as I need to try to keep my sanity. |

New flights are coming - but there is one wildcard - Tim's extremely busy right now so if he can't get to it we'll have to just ride it out until he can. We'll cross that bridge later this week!

I'm the poor fellow who got promoted from CC-C up to the European tour, I was filled with dread and elation all in one, my -2 1st round endorses that dread.
Although it has set me a new challenge/focus to survive, make cuts (even if that is when I drop to the Korn Ferry) which is surely the direction I will head.
It does have that added bonus of having to only play the first 2 rounds if things go pear-shaped.

If I'm active on CC-D, can I join the Special Events tour today and be eligible for the Promo Event? Or will I need to have joined the Special Events tour before the week started in order to be registered and eligible?

It's not a promo event - but a US Open Qualifier - but yes - join the society and play! BTW - you can play in any of the TGCTours societies - your scores will be pulled from the one that matches your tour card (in your case - the CC-Pro society) Welcome to the tours! |
