Playing out of water?

This may not be the correct forum to post this, but I couldn't find any other obvious place. admins can move it if they want.

I was Rangering a course for CC and got the lie shown below:



You can see that the lie indicates "water" which apparently goes the same distance as fairway lol. Has anyone else ever had this occur?

I've seen this before when I was making Tamarack. I had created a washed out grass bunker using some water bodies that I covered with rocks. On occassion a lie inside would say water 100 percent which is actually better than fairway. It's weird but what a nice break to get!
