Yeah, now that I'm actively playing this Tour, I'm focusing on just the course for the tournament I'm in. Played 3 practice rounds last night on pin 2, then played the real thing, shooting -13. I'll wait until round 2 scores post before moving on to round 3...

If you shoot around -10 all four rounds, you'll probably finish somewhere between 20th-40th. The only tricky thing on this course is probably the greens. (Well that and knowing which holes to actually play the wrong fairway intentionally, ala Bubba style. Playing practice rounds with ghosts who shot really low scores showed me a few paths to holes that I would have never figured out on my own...) I played around 15 practice rounds on the course before starting the tournament and it paid off with a very good first round at -14. Congrats! I guess we tied in first round then. I have just played my 2nd round and posted -16 on it. -30 overall is great start but I know high winds are on final round so that's gonna be the deciding round most likely. Good luck out there. The course is a great course with little to complain about tbh.

Well, I have blown it. 2nd round was a disappointing -7 but my third round was downright terrible.-4. So -21 heading to the final round. Need to shoot lights out to finish anywhere close to my target now.

I played 3 practice rounds with pin #3 last night but couldn't get my swing grooved in and it got too late for the official round, so I'll try again tonight. Sounds like I'm three back of you Phillip, so I have some work to do, although to be honest, coming in, top 20 was my goal, so I'm still on track for that.

Well Phillip, I think any thoughts of me challenging for the win are done with a 63 in round three. Several missed opportunities including a damn three putt par and a couple of putts missed inside of 10 feet... Oh well, hopefully still on track for top 10. Getting on the lower tier with some of those greens is brutal. Once we're past 40 feet and with more than a foot of elevation uphill, I just can't seem to figure out speed.

-6 -13 -2 -4 (-25)
This may have been my least favorite course I've ever played on these tours. I basically checked out after the front nine in round 3. The fact that you were better served using other hole's fairways for a good chunk of the holes is just terrible design and the 15th hole may have been the worst hole ever designed to be played on tour.
Scores will be low here because this wasn't a difficult course. I just played awful beyond round 2. I lipped out 4 putts and had another 10 or so graze the edge. Hit every slope that fed away from the holes in that third round as well. Still gotta figure out what's causing half of my "too fast" downswings. That frustration combined with the terrible design of this course made me happy to get this tournament over with. Usually I don't do all the rounds in one sitting but I did this time. I couldn't care less about where I end up on the leaderboard or if I get demotion marks after that. Just glad it's over.

Kudos to everyone who played well this week and good luck to all who have yet to play.

Dude you literally just described my experience
I went -7 -4 on the last 2 rounds but my putts were 1 click from going in so many times

Looks like the golfing gods are giving you a chance. I shot -12 with a double bogey in rd 3.
The double bogey happened cuz I dropped my controller and the chip shot swapped to a regular shot. I did not see it and boom it was flying way off the green.
Oh well, I hope it doesn't cost me the lead and or the win. :-(
Good luck to you all....

Ouch, that's rough. Sounds like something I've done IRL - hit a shot and wondered, 'WTF?', the looked at the club I just hit which was not the club I thought I was hitting.

Yeah, not my day. Front 9 final round -6. Then I get one of those disconnects for no reason. Reconnect and can't get anything to go right on the back, going +3.

Final round conditions are pretty tough but you never know till the scores are revealed. Might be enough! Practice (for me) has been everything from -3 to -12 so never know. I will play mine today and let you know.

I just finished my final round and shot -14 for the round and -56 for the tourney.
That was better than any of my practice rounds.
I am not gonna lie, I was sweating bullets before the round.

Very nice. I was on pace to have a good round until that back 9, but still would have needed something special and for you to pull a Greg Norman to have a chance. I think it's pretty safe to congratulate you for the win - seeing as how you had a 6 shot lead going into the final round! Hopefully we'll meet up again in an upper flight!
