feel like that was a setup! Sorry dude! Totally not intended that way at all. Sincerely, not my intention. haha, it's all good - I'll try and get something in place for the Challenge Circuit this year.

Curious the logic behind resetting promotion/demotion marks?
So toward the end of the season it could mean only play to win because the last three promotion marks from the last three tournaments are inconsequential.

It cuts both ways. It's a new season and a clean slate.

Why do people want a cut in the lower tours what would be the benefit?

Why do people want a cut in the lower tours what would be the benefit? I think there are two main benefits: 1. If you play poorly in R1, this gives some meaning to R2. 2. If you play bad in R1 and R2, then you don't have to play R3 and R4 and can, instead, focus on next week. There are drawbacks too, namely that there is less time to recover from a disaster hole, and two rounds would have to be completed by Thursday.

I want to play all four rounds no cut gives you an incentive to do that. Even if you have a poor first round you still feel you can pull it back. For me no cuts on CC

OK silly question here but when I check the leader board this morning in CC-F ( Check it out) I see I am sitting at -30 tied for 6th overall, this is my best finish in any TGC event ever and I do not have a green promotion mark. All seven players above me have green marks and eight players below me have green marks. But there I sit in the middle of them and no green mark. There are 3 other players also sitting at -30, all using master clubs and they have green marks. As it sits, I am tied for 6th overall, tied for second with master club users only, so I am wondering why? As I read the changes for this season I should have a projected movement mark, yes? Please, can someone clarify for me and tell me what I am missing? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! If you have no movement marks: CC-A Winner = auto-promoted if using Master's Clubs or +1 movement mark if using Pro Clubs CC-B thru CC-Z Winner = auto-promoted to flight above CC-A only - Top 15 Master's Club users, Top 5 Pro Club Users = +1 movement mark CC-B thru CC-Z - Top 10 Master's Club users, Top 10 Pro Club Users = +1 movement mark<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<This<<<<<<<<<<<<<<120-139 = -1 movement mark 140-159 = -2 movement marks 160+,DQ/WD = -3 movement marks I think I email for help but wasn't sure if I got it right so I am tagging a few folks here, sorry. Doyley, Tim

I'd suggest sending an email to commish@..... rather than posting here - that looks like a clear bug, so needs to be properly reported to get it dealt with asap by the admins

I am just not looking in the right spot I think. :-(

It's either
commish@ tgctours.com
or
support@ tgctours.com
(ovbiously without the space in the middle of the email addresses)

Thx guys, I've flagged it for Tim - there's a few cases where that bug is popping up so we'll try and fix before finalizing tomorrow.
