Thank you to all of the people involved in this contest! It really was a great event and I know that it will only get better in season 6 now that it’s an official design contest.
A few people have asked about judging notes, so I want to clarify something just so we’re all on the same page. Because this contest was provided as an additional opportunity, most of our judges were involved in several things at once, but volunteered to help because they believed in the event. As such, I required a course ranking from each of them and we had discussions in the “war room” about the field, but I did not require them to provide judges’ notes to me in written form.
However, we recognize that feedback and rationale is important for our design contests to not only help improve the skills of the competitors, but to maintain credibility throughout the process. You are welcome to contact any of the judges to ask for their feedback about your course, but I don’t have an overall summary of judging notes to hand out.
It’s a little less than ideal, but these judges did a great job making this event a success, so I hope that makes sense.
Judges: Curtis Aron Terry Ben Eric (a few that assisted but couldn’t complete the whole task)

I would like to say congrats to my team, team JC! I really enjoyed all the courses that were put out! Absolutely great contest! Getting really good feedback and input throughout the contest really helped my grow as a designer. Thank you for everyone involved, the captains, gdog and VctryLnSprts and judges for putting in the time to make this all possible! Good luck to everyone in the up coming season 6! As most of y’all know I will deploying overseas for the next year, I will be playing and designing as much as possible as time permits! Lastly way to go TEAM JC! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Just to say that I have notes on every course (except Blackflag as my computer crashed - CiB0RG, I will play that on stream and give you some thoughts there). If you ping me a message, I will send them on to you. Worth mentioning here that I have done three 'Things I loved' and three 'Things I would have liked to see' then a lot of individual notes below. Those individual notes may seem like I'm focusing on things I would change; generally because that's how I did it. If something is good, I will let you know and the awards stuff should speak for how highly I rated a lot of things in this contest! Also means my top few courses get a bit less feedback - apologies, and well done for making such a good course!

Fantastic work all around to both the competitors and backroom team. I think we all expected the result to be closer than it was but we at Team JC certainly aren't complaining!

I was just curious. Played every course and gave every hole a score just curious how I matched up - from a total non-designer point of view

I was just curious. Played every course and gave every hole a score just curious how I matched up - from a total non-designer point of view Here's the top 10 - 10. Charleston Hall 9. Acouna Reserve 8. Royal Bentleigh 7. Das Eilte 6. Geiranger 5. Commonwealth 4. Far Water 3. Angel's Edge 2. Black flag 1. Copper Dunes. So how did you rank the courses?
