Lakeview Village Resort has a 3.0 rating. With all of the 4.0 rated to 5 star courses we now have, there should be no 3.0 rated courses hosting any tournaments.
I am not calling out the designer, but the selection process.
There are 248 courses rated 4.0 or higher as of now. There are enough of these to go around now that anything below a 4.0 should not be used. Just my opinion.

3.0-3.25: Much like courses in the range above, just more of the issues. This is more of a “feel” thing than science at this point. Courses that we rate below 3.5 we are saying “not recommended,” so be sure which side of the fence you are on. Would you play this course again by choice? If the answer is no, it’s probably below a 3.5 and belongs in this category or below.

TGC Tours doesn't review courses anymore - so it's just a left over from when we did. We have a staff of course reviewers (main job is to now approve courses - but most rate them as well), but any ratings they give are done on their own names and are the same as any other member reviewing it.

That 3.0 came from someone who couldn't design a way out of a paper bag so therefore rips on someone else's course. Kinda like a food critic.
