My first contest and my first publish all in one. This could be a mild disaster. But at the same time it will allow me to take a breather from the frustration that is the mini golf contest.

Same for me but it’s already taught me a few things I didn’t know.
And there may be a separate thread for these things but hoping Jack has a monster year and the Sabres can finally, ya know, not suck lol
But will def be following yours as I have to support a fellow Jack (and Sabres?) fan.

Well there probably is a better thread (but i started this one), but this contest is about building camaraderie (and courses), so yeah lifelong sabres fan. Started watching them in middle school when they were "the hardest working team in hockey".

Is there a way to tell when a file was created on ps4. My rookie course is routed on the same plot my mini golf course is (well one of them). I can't remember if i started it before or after the registration.

Not as far as I can recall, but I didn't ever check, to be honest

Some background work to do and more playtesting but this baby is almost in the books. Looking like Monday night or Tuesday morning.

A little background for anyone that's interested:
This course is inspired by a real location on Chautauqua lake in NY, more specifically the Stow to Beamus Point area.
Originally i had a few other courses layed out and sculpted, one of which i think will be better than this but will require way too much time. So eventually I decided on this one. It's in delta theme because I felt the tree selection was the closest to what i wanted. It sure would be nice if we could just pick a dozen out of the whole library, but I don't make the rules.
The course itself is what i would describe as a well maintained local course which was inspired by some of the courses in that area (between Mayville and Jamestown). There really isn't any real elaborate country clubs in the area. The challenge of the course isn't hazards or water, but the undulations and unkempt areas around landing zones as well as some tricky greens that'll play differently with each pin.
I was tempted to back out after playing some other releases, but I've invested too much time and after a weekend of playing over and over and tweaking everything just a little, I'm happy with the feel of the course and the little strategies involved.
So after I spend this week to try and put my touch on the Stow Ferry and the I86 bridge look for a deadline day release of Chautauqua Hills G.C.
Can't wait for everyone to play and best of luck.

Ran low on object meter so as I decide how to tackle the background objects and what i can sacrifice, i've just been flying around taking pictures all morning.
