It only takes the smallest amount of thought to realise what an insane conspiracy theory it is... she colluded with Russia... to get her emails leaked by Russian hackers and lose the election.... ok then 🤣
At this point Hannity is about on a par with Alex Jones for right wing lunacy. Much more dangerous and insidious tho - he’s able to reach the mainstream with his particular brand of horse-sh%$.

Changing tack completely - our very own Jacob Reese Mogg has just started to give us a glimpse into his inner workings - new instructions to his office are to use imperial measurements in all official documents & male members are to have Esq suffix after their names. This is our new government - literally looking to roll back the clock on science and gender equality He's our equivalent of the religious right... anti-abortion in ALL cases, totally insular and inward looking... think a 19th century Pence and you'll be on the right lines...

It's muddy...the Clinton campaign hired Fusion GPS and the owner Glenn Simpson, who met with the Russian woman from the Trump tower meeting multiple times, to get dirt on Trump. Simpson contracted Steele, a foreigner, to get dirt and Steele either made it up or contacted his known contacts in the Kremlin who made stuff up because he was paying them. So, both parties and candidates are "guilty" of basically doing similar things. The Clinton's had significant Russian contacts and financial interests as well...a Kremlin backed bank paid Bill 500k for a speech, while Sec of State Clinton lobbied for the same bank to avoid sanctions. Politics are dirty these days, which is why people on all sides are fed up with business as usual. No one is clean. In other words, Dems focus on the evils of the GOP and vice versa, while each are pretending they are as pure as the fresh snow. Other than “what Hannity says” - what sources corroborate / provide evidence for this? I’ll give them some credit, Fox News have found a new level.... baseless whataboutism. I’m not sure what you’re getting at...none of that is from Fox, as I don’t watch. I listen to NPR, watch CSpan and read books. All of that is widely publicly available and in the congressional record as well.

That's not evidence... it's just a very obvious and decidedly weak attempt at a "look over there" tactic... Please link us to any evidence if you think this should be taken seriously... I can't find a shred...

That's not evidence... it's just a very obvious and decidedly weak attempt at a "look over there" tactic... Please link us to any evidence if you think this should be taken seriously... I can't find a shred... Your google machine must be broken...here’s an article from The Hill that took me 3 seconds to find. Also, Aaron Mate, who is a progressive leftist, has done extensive reporting on all things Russia collusion and his stuff is worth a read. thehill.com/hilltv/rising/401185-the-handwritten-notes-exposing-what-fusion-gps-told-doj-about-trumpThe funny part about all this is that the “Russia Collusion” boils down to Russia obtaining emails from primarily John Podesta and releasing then through Wikileaks that damaged the Clinton campaign. Ironically, the damage of the emails comes from the fact that they reveal, in slimy detail, how the Clinton campaign worked with and controlled the DNC to rig the primary against Bernie. The only real victim in all of this is Bernie, as I believe he would have beaten Trump in the general election and currently be President.

The only real victim in all of this is Bernie, as I believe he would have beaten Trump in the general election and currently be President. On this we can agree. On Hillary basically doing the same as Trump we cannot. The Fusion investigation was started by a Republican during the primaries - after it was clear he was going to win, the funding stopped, so Fusion sought alternate sources - his direct political opposition being an obvious choice. Paying for an investigation that digs up dirt on a political opponent is not the same as being dirty. Bill probably did get 500K for a Russian speech - but it's a massive stretch to draw it is an equivalency to the corruption with which Trump is charged. It's just a diversionary tactic - never mind all the bad stuff the President has done - what about those Clintons tho... And to be clear - the Clintons are part of the swamp, I have no difficulty imagining them being involved in some corrupt practices in the past. But Trump is the actual President, right now... and collusion with a your most hated foreign power to rig an election, cannot be equated to anything that's come before.

Agree with paulus and that is why I did NOT vote for Hilary. DT was never going to get my vote...EVER Voter election "strategy" is always an interesting debate. Personally, I'd suggest, if you live somewhere where Dems and repubs are close, you've GOT to vote Hillary there. Morals be damned! Bigger things at stake here. That just shows how messed up the system is.

My looking back at that election is I believed DT would never win over a seasoned politician...won't make that mistake again.

Agree with paulus and that is why I did NOT vote for Hilary. DT was never going to get my vote...EVER The question is, did 300,000 odd people in Florida, Pensylvania & Michigan decide that they didn't like Hillary enough to vote for her and/or that she would win anyway and thefore not bother to vote.
Personally i think yes, which is why i think he will lose in 2020. Noone will be complacent enough to think he can't win, and those he has alienated will be even more determined to vote.
The Dems still need some other strategy than "not being Trump" though

Can we all agree, left or right, that this presidency has had more dossiers and investigations than any since Nixon, and that's a bad thing.

politics is an odd bed fellow. I live in a town where we have annual, and special town meetings. We the people actually get to vote on what the town should/shouldn't be doing and the budget. I have lived here for quite some time and we have had only 4 meetings where the voters that showed up counted more than 200. We average just above a quorum and a couple of times we have had to postpone the meeting due to lack of voter interest. That is around 140 people out of 7,000 + registered voters. They are the same people showing up at every meeting too. Those that don't attend are also the loudest.
