I’m thinking of getting the PC version for Lidar courses, but I’m on the fence because of the elevation of my course. It’s in the mountains above the 999ft designer limit. If I designed the course this wouldn’t matter since I could just move everything down, but does the Lidar have a height limit? Thanks.

I’m not aware of any height restrictions. As long as there isn’t a ‘999ft’ cliff in play in your course, the toolsadjust the asbsolute elevation values down to,sea level for the game. Any cliffs or height you see in screenshots is because of real elevation changes in a course.

I believe it would have to be within a 999ft height Differential if that's the case. I'm not aware of any height restrictions either but if the game only allows 999ft total and you have a 1200ft difference on the same plot, you need to mask out some of the area with that unless the golf holes themselves are that far apart in which case...I'm not aware of any IRL golf course with one playable area that sits 1000ft below another playable area.
