I just switched from left stick swing to right stick swing and the difference is night and day. I always struggled with my master club swing and so far changing to the right stick has been significantly better.

I've always played right stick swing on any golf game I've ever played. As a right hander it just feels natural.

I've always played right stick swing on any golf game I've ever played. As a right hander it just feels natural. I’ve only ever done left stick (or 3-click but we won’t go there haha) and now switching to the right the swing just feels much shorter and natural |

I think it’s because your holding/steadying hand is then nearer the swing stick. Not that i’m any good (cc-c), so don’t use my method as ‘best in class’ |

I'm left handed so I've always used the left stick, but after about 9 holes my left foot usually comes into play.

I would think 99% of right handlers would use the right stick. I’m amazed this is not true it seems. Do right handlers use their left hand to swing? Really?
Or right-hand to swing the left stick

Funny thing, now playing awhile with the right stick I started to fall apart, switched back to the left stick and everything is fixed.... Do I just need to keep switching back and forth every week?  Gotta be in my head at this point |

All this goes back to the Tiger Woods series. The default and tutorials all had one swinging with the left stick. If you did not pay attention then, you could easily simply settle in to doing that and not know that it was possible with the right stick. Those that figured out the right stick realized they could slam the LB button easier with their left hand while swinging with the right stick for the stupid boost you would get. It was an advantage in those games and most of the top players used the right stick.
When this game came out, many of the players used what they were already comfortable with from their previous playing days. This describes many but not all of the people on TGC.

I'm right handed, been using the right stick but recently switched to the left stick with dramatically better results. Go figure!

Left stick but right handed. Probably because I used to play lots of shooters and the left stick was for forward and backwards movements
