Medinah No. 3 is Exhibit A for the notion that great golf courses aren’t created, but evolve. A major tournament site since 1949, it has undergone a succession of remodelings and has improved with every session. Its par-3 17th is the most prominent example. It was shifted to a new location in 1986, to precede a whole new 18th hole. (The original 17th is now the 13th.) Ten years later, the 17th green was moved away from a lakefront to a spot atop a hill, but after Tiger Woods’ first (of two) PGA Championship victories on the course, the green was moved back down to water’s edge, where it remains today. Like a fine wine, Medinah has gotten better with age. Host of three (3) Western Opens, three (3) U.S Opens, two (2) PGA Championships and the 2012 Ryder Cup Site of the 2019 BMW Championship. I'll see you out there!

Fantastic job of building this course! Obviously I've only seen photos/videos of this course in RL, but you did an amazing job with the planting and aesthetic features to recreate this accurately. It plays like a dream, wonderful job!

I just ended my round. A great work. Checking the course with the real map, every important thing is in the right place. Also the autumn theme looks really good, in my opinion. I'm very thankful to have the chance to play this gem, finally. I was waiting for it from the first time I played this game. If I should point at a minor issue (very minor ), especially in the first 9 holes, sometime some line of trees is a bit too distant from the fairway. But it steals nothing to the pleasure of the experience. The last 2 par 3s looking beautiful. Absolutely. Thank you for your work. I appreciated it. Enormously.

I thought that too but wanted to ensure there was room for high wind. Though there are some pin locations that the trees are in play. Thanks for playing!

In fact, playing my round with default everything and pro clubs from the tips, I played with high wind and yes, is a good challenge. Even with more space from the trees. Is also true that those trees so near to the fairways gives that feeling to have no room for error that makes this course one of the toughest in the world. For sure, this is one of those course where if you play with no scout cam you can find a real challenge. The best part is that even playing with the first pins (and it should became worst with the others, I suspect), in some hole you have a very tiny space to place your ball, if you don't want to hit simply the center of the green, but aiming to the hole, working with the slopes. And if you miss that point, not only you'll miss the green, but you'll also need a chip very tough. I absolutely love this course. Thank you again. Really. You make my Sunday.
