Due to numbers, leagues like the Web.com and Champions are getting subdivided into tiers. I wonder if we could get more or better names instead of a, b, and c. Perhaps PGA Tour Canada, PGA Tour China, PGA Tour or alternatively name the tours after big names such as The Greg Norman Tour, the Arnold Palmer Tour etc. May help with confusion.

We are naming them Web A, B, C because in-game they will all be playing the tgctours.com - Web - W?? event. Changing the names of the tours and then trying to get them all to play under one event in-game would be more confusing.
It's really pretty simple - A is the top Tier. Work your way up to it to move to the next level.

I do vote for AAA, AA, and A levels.

I know in the Disneyworld parking lot they name the sections Alice, Bambi, and Cinderella to make it easier to find your car... ...not sure that helps, lol.

This dead horse has been buried. Therefore, I don't think it can be beat anymore.

Sorry. I misunderstood. I thought each tier was playing a different course so I was wondering why even keep the same name.

Yes, and it is important that the levels be easy to decipher. A higher than B, B higher than C... We had a previous multi page thread. ABC is best, even if it does not roll off the tongue.
