reply to cliffs: what a lovely idea you're talking about, lol, all drug addicted do totally agree with it. By the way, when it comes to various substances, I usually remember of different forms of marijuana and kratom. To tell you the truth, I have already checked that kratom for sale is much healthier and less harmful even than medical marijuana. We've actually made an experiment with my friend, we do know that we are all different and every substance has its own effect on every person, we still came up with the solution that kratom is better than marijuana. I suggest you try them both and you'll see the difference yourself!

How are you now? I've been smoking myself for a long time and would be very upset if pot was banned again in my state. Can you imagine staying at home in quarantine without a joint of marijuana? I would go crazy from boredom and lack of weed in my body. If they ban it and www.healthcanal.com/best-cbd-oil/dogs my dog will also go crazy, as he is shown to take CBD several times a day to maintain his health and avoid the stress of going outside for just ten minutes a day

It was a historic week for cannabis.
The U.S. House of Representatives voted to pass the MORE Act, a piece of legislation that could effectively decriminalize marijuana on a federal level. The bill will now head towards the Senate, where results remain uncertain.
“The US House of Representatives—the people’s house—has taken a giant step towards science, reason and justice,” cannabis activist and entrepreneur Steve DeAngelo said to Benzinga.
Before that, the United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs removed cannabis from Schedule IV of the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs.
The World Health Organization (WHO) had recommended all forms of THC to be removed from the drug convention of 1961, placing it with cannabis in Schedule 1, the least restrictive classification by UN standards. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical cannabis medications would be placed in Schedule 3.
Most industry voices believe that current Republican control of the upper chamber means doom for any cannabis legalization bill. However, upcoming Senate runoffs in Georgia could shift the balance of power in the Senate at the beginning of January, showing light at the end of the tunnel for cannabis reform initiatives.
While the passage of the MORE Act by the House stands as an unprecedented milestone in the history of cannabis reform, a number activists and industry people have criticized the bill’s current version for its inability to bring restorative justice to those most affected by cannabis prohibition.
And the stock market reacts
ETFs fell on Tuesday but recuperated the lost ground since. Over the five trading days of the week:
The ETFMG Alternative Harvest ETF (NYSE: MJ): gained 3.4%
The AdvisorShares Pure Cannabis ETF (NYSE: YOLO): was up 2.5%
The Cannabis ETF (NYSE: THCX): advanced 5.7%
The Amplify Seymour Cannabis ETF (NYSE: CNBS): rose 2.7%
The SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE: SPY) was up 1.45%.

I think it's a good thing as long as people respect the rules and don't take it too far. Think of it how many people have alleviated the pain through additional cannabis and related products. I know that people see it as the devil what is the cause of all bad things and a gateway drug, but reality is much different especially if you are a cancer patient. My uncle had a really severe pain while he was undergoing his skin cancer treatment and I was the one to introduce him to a Venice Beach cannabis dispensary in order for him to feel better with some CBD oil use.

Guys, what are your thoughts on CBD oil? I've heard a lot of positive reviews and plan to make an order here but first, I wonder to know real stories. I have sleeping problems from time to time but I don't want to take medicine to avoid addiction. Who can tell me more about cbd effectiveness? Thanks in advance. Three days after my wife had her 3rd stroke a few years ago I started giving her CBD oil while she was in the hospital. Mostly because of the story of Charlotte’s Web (not the spider, search YouTube for Charlotte’s Web CBD) and the evidence presented there along with other scientific studies. Initially after the stroke, she has that droopy side of her mouth and speech was really difficult. Within a week of giving her the oil twice a day, the drooping disappeared and her face was back to normal and her speech improved dramatically. Today you would never know she had a one stroke, let alone three. She still has some mobility issues but she can walk without assistance and can also drive safely. CBD is typically used for neurological problems and has been prove to assist in reconnecting or rerouting the connectors in the brain. It is harmless and it cannot be overdosed. Have you discussed using it with a doctor? Don’t feel weird about that discussion, most doctors are well aware of what CBD is and what it does. If you are having sleep issues, I’d recommend trying some edibles with THC and CBD if that’s legal where you live. I use 1:1 ratio edibles with 10mg each of THC and CBD myself. Tastes great so keep the THC away from children, they will think it’s candy. Search that YouTube for Charlotte too Good luck bud.

Legalize it all. Crime way down and the border has way less meaning. Boom.

It's still ridiculously overpriced and taxed here in Massachusetts about 20 dollar tax per 100$ spent ,😤🤒 Hopefully that tax goes to education for public schools. We have two different excise tax rates here. It’s 10% for retail and 15% wholesale. I saw some really good deals at a dispensary the other day. Since I quit smoking, I only use edibles but they were selling half ounces of some hybrid blend chronic for $90.

I was very optimistic with the idea of legalization, but apparently this wasn't the best thought. This can actually be a problem. I knew that cannabis is a specific product, and not all of us will tolerate it. I thought that, with the legalization, will come a lot of financial opportunities, and the local budget from selling these products will grow. But apparently the demand is lower that the supply, and this is definitely not what the government was expecting with the weed legalization. I am personally using weed edibles, and I am fine with it, but it's sad to hear that most of the population has a bad opinion about it. You think legalization isn't working for the gov.? Oregon recreational-cannabis sales soared in 2020, peaking during a challenging summer of racial justice protests and coronavirus lockdowns. The result was a record year of business for the state’s marijuana purveyors, based on data from the Oregon Liquor Control Commission, which oversees marijuana sales, The Oregonian/OregonLive reported. Total marijuana sales in Oregon jumped from $795 million in 2019 to more than $1 billion -- $1,110,520,723 -- for the year that just ended. $10 billion in recreational marijuana has now been sold in Colorado, fueled by strong 2020 sales Colorado retailers continue to set new marijuana sales records each month, and the industry says it’s now time to return all that tax money to education funds. Here is a state by state breakdown.

I'm not sure that by restricting the issuance of licenses, the government will solve the problem of marijuana oversupply. Perhaps we should just raise the tax on the cultivation and distribution of marijuana. Lately, I've noticed, at least among those I talk to and in my town, that fewer and fewer people are using marijuana. Many people don't like the stoned feeling and choose a safe alternative to CBD. And CBG gummies tillmanstranquils.com appeal to them for their health benefits. It seems that if the government started encouraging the production of CBD, the surplus marijuana could be diverted into its production.

Those prices need to work there way to Massachusetts were still looking at 20 per gram 50 an eighth.. hence why the black market is still way more lucrative here atleast that is... I pay 150 a ounce for about the same quality as my local dispensary about 1/3 to 1/4 of what a dispensary here costs
