I played a few holes of it. You got very solid hole ideas, it just need a little more polish. A couple technical things like the fairway / green transitions could use some smoothing out but that's not too hard, it's just tedious.
Three main things came to mind for me to consider improving: green contours, the area between the tee boxes and fairways, and some larger scale visuals (getting the terrain and all the hole features to 'flow' better with each other).
I consider myself well-versed in golf architecture but by all means still a novice designer in this game. If you want I'd be willing to chat with you on Discord or something like that. Hopefully some of the established top designers are willing to take a look as well.

I’ve read other posts saying you don’t necessarily need a gaming pc to run TGC. I guess it runs pretty well on laptops even.

By 'visuals' I meant getting all the generic hole features in sync. The hole on which the came to mind the most for me was hole 3: a shortish par 4 with four bunkers guarding the left side of the fairway, which sloped to the right. The bunkers looked a little bit too much like 'deep pits' to my eye and they weren't particularly visible from the tee, so imo they didn't really 'frame' the hole as well as they could. I wonder if raising part of the front of each of them and also all that land a little bit would better serve the look you were going for? Conceptually it's an excellent golf hole. No idea if you have changed that since I play tested part of 'CLGC Beta.'
I actually don't know anything about planting: all I have done for that so far is 'putting in what is there IRL for Lidar courses,' so my first fictional course will be a painful planting lesson for sure :/
