After staring at some subtle autogen hills for a couple of hours, I've managed to find 15 holes that look promising. Will probably explore some alternate routings, but so far the following required elements look like they're in play.
-3 shot par 5
-driveable par 4
-3 par 4s <400 yards
-template green complex
-5 par threes

Loved watching the stream of your 11th hole design this morning - the beauty of a good links plot is that I kept seeing different holes coming out of that design as you put more bunkers and the green in. Your design method is really similar to how I'm trying to do it for this contest as well. Really interested to see how it turns out, but the thought process is A1  |

We now have 18 holes laid out and sculpted. All that remains is planting, fine-tuning some of the sculpting, and playtesting. Off the top of my head, I managed to meet the following required elements: -Two bunkerless holes -3 par 4s under 400 yards -Drivable par 4 -Three shot par 5 -5 par 3s -Template green complex -Par 3 >230 yards       |
