UK based I know, but the exclusive Carnegie Club at Dornoch's Skibo Castle could be an interesting option. The golf course is said to be sensational.
Only £25,000 to join + £8,000 per year subscription although they've recently opened selected public tee times, only £300 per person per round, four balls only.
They'd probably sue if an accurate representation of their course is published, though.

They'd probably sue if an accurate representation of their course is published, though. The UK can be spotty at best with their LiDAR data availability. I found the course on Google Earth and it looks promising!
That said, if it's open source it's open source and if that's an issue we could publish it with a different name. No idea how different the EU (Fk Brexit) I know Perfect Golf did that with several real courses at first.
I might do that for Anne Arundell Mannor as that course is super low key. I published Canyata yesterday with its real name but unlike most if not all of the other courses on that list, they actually have a website...
