Is anyone from here headed down to the golf show next weekend (feb 20-22)? I'll be headed down on the Saturday and was wondering if anyone from here was planning on heading down...
just a note for those interested and that live in the GTA the location has moved from the metro Toronto convention centre to the International Centre in Mississauga tickets are 15$ at the door

they don't mention it on the site but there is usually massive discounts on this years equipment I know I'm on the lookout for some RSI irons for sure...

have you been recently because golftown is there and that is who is discounting their prices a few years ago I bought the R9 irons when they had just come out retail $899.99 at golftown I paid $399.99 at the golftown exhibit/store at the golfshow. So what your saying while true otherwise (golftown is always cheapest) they take it to a whole new level for the golfshow weekend and those deals are not available in store.
Just don't want anyone to be discouraged because you are going off info from a long time ago and didn't find any deals then I have been the last 4-5 years and every year I get the new equipment at up to half off the retail price at golftown. Plus I thought if anyone else from here was headed down we could organize to meet up in the demo range or putting greens and have putting/long drive contests or something if there was any interest of meeting they guys you play against on the virtual links every week for realises.
Also anyone heading down be sure to check out the Clublink properties booth you may just see a fellow TGC tours member there  I'm nott 100% sure if I'm working the booth or not, but I will definitely be in the demo range for most of the day when im not running around the floor snatching up deals on Saturday, just look for the guy sweating buckets on the range or that looks like he needs 3 shopping carts lol.
