Hey y'all I'd appreciate some feedback for the front 9 of a new course I've been working on. It's still very much a work in progress but I wanted some feedback on the general course design and feel so far. I was aiming for a very rugged course that plays through small canyons. Any advice or criticism is appreciated! Thanks!
Course title is: CC Front 9 Beta (it's the one with the orange hot air balloon in the picture)

I gave this a quick play through tonight and you got the rugged look down. I might be a little concerned about getting stuck behind a rock with a offline shot, not so much the bigger (although, the big rock in front of the green on seven might cause problems especially with a strong headwind on a long hole) ones but a couple of smaller ones just off a fairway. Hole 6 and 7 on pinset one, have yellow lines a little to close to the hole, something to keep a eye on. One of the early holes that runs along side the water has a lot of rock work to the right of the fairway, a off line shot has little or no chance of staying dry as the ball will hit the rocks and bounce in, not necessarily a bad thing if that’s what your going for but maybe consider if it’s over punishing. Overall, I liked it, was a fun nine holes, my favorite hole was 8, just liked the look and feel of it. Did not like the double bogey, despite being on the green in two but that was 100 percent down to my putting. This course had a lot of potential, and I look forward to seeing the final version in the future.
