A gold and two silvers at Special Olympics today. Fourth year in a row with at least one gold. Should have been two golds, but they were running over an hour behind and ignored the kid who beat Eli in the standing long jump getting a running start. When I pointed it out, the "official" who was already packing up her stuff to leave said "it's not like it matters." Eli was just concerned with getting to Buffalo Wild Wings for the lunch his grandparents were buying him so I didn't push the issue.

Tell him well done from Australia, he looks pretty happy with himself 👍
Does he play TGC at all? My stepson (have no biological children) did for a while when TGC1 was what we were playing, but he lost interest when the second game came out. He’s all about shooters now, but occasionally he’ll have a hit with me.

Congratulations to Eli. He is a true inspiration to people who are told that they can't [something] for whatever reason.

Good lad Eli.
Maybe we'll see him in a future Paralympics.
