I am trying to determine how a Sponsor Exemption works. I should earn an exemption to play on the PGA because I shot a round of 59 this week, and/or had all 4 rounds at 65 or under. I am just wondering how I'll be notified and when I'm able to use the exemption, though? Will it be credited after Sunday? If so, does that mean I cannot use it until the following week's PGA event (e.g not until the 23rd?). The reason I ask is because I thought I also read these expire in 7 days, so you must use it on the very next tournament. If anyone could clarify this for me I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
